On arrival, submit your ticket at registration desk and receive:
Program with detailed spa registration procedure, description of spa service and floor plan
Bonus Bag containing $100+ in coupons and certificates
3 spa service tickets
Additional information:
First to arrive will receive the earliest appointments
Spas are subject to availability
Doors open at 5:45
Spa sessions begin at 6:00
Appointments are to be kept at the scheduled times
Missed appointments will not be remade or issued a rain check
Spas proceed as scheduled between 6:00 and 10:00 pm
Every reasonable effort is made to provide 3 spa services the night of the event. In the event that insufficient spa services are available, rain checks will be issued.
Persons first in line have a higher probability of obtaining all 3 spas and first choice of spa packages.
Attendance is at each guest’s discretion. Neither the Host organization nor Wise MOOve Holdings Inc. accepts responsibility for any services provided by spa service providers. Each spa provider is responsible for the services they provide.
No refunds will be made. Every reasonable effort will be made the night of the spa to accommodate and provide a satisfactory experience provided the Host organization and Wise MOOve Holdings is aware at the event.
Complimentary passes to next WOW events and/or rain checks may be issued at the discretion of the Show Manager.
